Empty server browser or no matches
During Beta 02, official troubleshooting asked players to select exactly one server region. Selecting several regions could leave the browser empty. That instruction is historical until it is rechecked in the Early Access build, but it remains a low-risk first test: choose one region, refresh once, and wait for the list.
An empty list can also mean maintenance, capacity limits, a stale Steam session, or a service-side incident. It is not proof that game files are corrupt. Check official notices before reinstalling, disabling security controls, opening ports, or changing DNS.
Login queue, access denied, and entitlement
High launch demand can create a queue even when servers are operating. Stay in one queue unless an official notice asks players to reconnect. Repeatedly restarting can lose your position and makes diagnosis harder.
If Steam still shows pre-purchase or the client reports access denied, verify the account, edition, release state, and library entry. An old Beta 02 entitlement does not provide current access. Never download a replacement launcher or share Steam Guard credentials.
